We're here to help you remember
Perhaps you've felt the tremors of a tectonic shift, or maybe you've been cracked open already.
Either way, you're wondering, what's next?
As an individual, how can you be sure of your purpose and path, so you don't give your power away?
(Because being in service shouldn't mean losing your sense of self.)
As an organization, how do you navigate change, so that your people and business thrive?

Wondering why you
haven't yet?
We're often disconnected from ourselves, each other, and our planet.
We've forgotten how to be in relationship with each other. The result? We're struggling to commune and create together. We often try to control and manage everything. Our lives, our work colleagues, our families, our neighbors. And it may work for a bit, but if the pandemic taught us anything, control isn't sustainable. We're living with rigid, oppressive systems designed to serve some, but not all. We've forgotten that we have power--or we're afraid to unleash it. So we stay quiet, instead of using our unique voice to live and lead with purpose. We may have forgotten that we're here at this time and place for a reason. Or perhaps nobody's ever taught us how to remember our purpose (or told us it matters!) so instead we let others and organizations map out our lives. |
What if we lived life
as a Soul Lab?
Transforming our lives, relationships, and the planet -
one experiment at a time.

We're here to guide
you home
As the first navigators looked to the sky, these values guide us:
"When you've worked with Lisa, you'll quickly understand why she is a trusted coach. Yes, she brings many years of corporate experience and creative savvy to her work in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, consulting, facilitation, and coaching. But, more importantly she brings soul to her work.
I've seen Lisa hold space for C-suite executives in crisis, professionals contemplating a career shift, and teams in conflict. She epitomizes words like attunement, wisdom, and compassion. Those who work with Lisa inevitably become better versions of themselves -- with deeper insights, healthier boundaries, and more tools and resources to tackle the changes ahead."

We believe everyone deserves to be valued, supported, and included
At Soul Lab, we're creating a community, programs, and services that provide opportunity and access for all people across differences of race, age, color, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability/abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
We believe we must be the change we seek in the world, so we actively invest in our own learning to help us build an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, equitable, inclusive, sustainable company. We believe Black Lives Matter. We stand for LGBTQIA+ rights. We believe our planet is in crisis. And we believe we can create the changes we need, together. |
You, my friend, are the Wayfinder
How do I know this?
I spent my first 40 years searching for my place on the planet.
I grew up as a missionary's daughter in Brazil. During the day, I attended an American international school. In the evenings I played with friends in the favelas, where my parents worked. By 30, I'd moved 32 times. If you're anything like me, there are times in life when we forget how to find our way home. We can lose sight of our sovereignty, become disconnected from our purpose, and struggle to navigate the speed and complexity of changes in our world. Today, I finally know where I'm meant to be. Right here, living my purpose, helping you live yours. |
